Pam Vanden Avond

Pam Vanden Avond started working with FLOW as a Logistics Service Representative in August 2005.

Pam performs FLOW administrative tasks, accounting functions with Alice, assists Wendy in freight and carrier management, and, assists customers in filing and tracking freight claims and the exceptions when they occur for our customers.

Prior to joining FLOW, Pam was an International Account Manager with Schreiber Foods International where her responsibilities included developing and supporting customer working relationship with emphasis on growing the business jointly with SFI and their customers. Pam interfaced with other SFI departments in coordinating the order process for exporting orders. Her experience in fostering and managing customer services is beneficial in supporting FLOW's freight management and shipment consolidation services to further support our customers growth. Prior to that role, Pam held positions as Administrative Specialist with SFI and prior to that, as Executive Assistant with Enzymatic Therapy in Green Bay. Her administrative and organizational skills helps FLOW improve the processing of the necessary documents involved in our services.
